Shipping and returns policy
In case the product does not meet your expectations, you can return your product to us.
Add a note with your order number and the reason you are returning it. Also, please add your international bank account details (including IBAN and BIC) or your address so that we can refund you. You must return the product within three days of receipt if you wish to be eligible for a refund. Therefore, we have committed a shipping and return policy for you.
Returned cannabis products must be packed in the original package and cannot be used.
We ship Monday through Saturday, shipping deadline is 12 p.m. Central Standard Time. Email us with any questions about shipping, sorry we only reply to emails during the week.
